Jewellex Africa is a Trade-Only Exhibition

To prevent public and unauthorised access to Jewellex Africa 2025, a stringent registration process will be implemented. Visitors will only gain access by completing the online registration process in advance.

Registration Requirements:

• All main members of the Jewellery Council of SA will automatically be pre-registered as VIPs and will receive an email containing a unique electronic barcode.

• Members’ staff must register online and upload the relevant documentation.

• Members of the Diamond Dealers Club of SA, Diamond Council of SA and Rough Diamond Dealers Association must pre-register online but will not be required to upload documentation.

• Non-members of the Jewellery Council of SA must upload:

  • A copy of their Business Card or Company Letterhead, and

  • A copy of their ID Document, Valid Passport or Valid Driver’s License.
    (No gym or store cards will be accepted as proof of identification.)

We strongly discourage on-site registration, as this will be a lengthy process. Visitors who have not registered online must bring the required documentation for verification by the registration team before being processed.

For security reasons, partners, spouses or family members must be accompanied by the trade visitor and must present valid identification. They will receive a visitor sticker at the registration counter, which must be worn visibly at all times while entering and attending the show.
